My Thoughts

I am a stay at home mom who runs a blog and photography business from my home and while I don’t go to an office or really get out in the “business” world,  I still jumped at the chance of reviewing Are You Fully Charged? There were some aspects about the book that applied more to an office work environment but as a whole I took many wonderful tips away from this book. Rath has included some great research and statistics and I found myself constantly highlighting things. A few things Rath talks about included,  doing work with meaning and finding the meaning in your work, how being positive 80% of the time is a helpful and realistic goal, and  how spending money on meaningful experiences is a wonderful financial choice because of the lasting impact they can have.

I give this book a 4 of 5. I was really intrigued with all the research and tips.
