The Modern Photographer’s Guide to Finding Beauty in Everyday and Family Life. The premier online community for female photographers, Clickin Moms presents a photography guide featuring big, bold images coupled with short, focused, prescriptive tips for translating everyday life into stunning works of art.

I must admit I was reluctant to review Capture the Moment because I am a photographer with many photography books on my self, however, I am so glad I chose it. This is a wonderful photography resource for parents, photographers (new and experienced) and anyone who wants to take better photos.
Synopsis
Author Sarah Wilkerson is the CEO of Clickin Moms, the photography industry’s largest social network of female photographers. This is not a mechanics photography book, it does not include tons of technical jargon. It is full of simple tips and examples that will help you take better photos or brush up on your photography skills. The book is divided into topics coving natural light, composition,  storytelling, fine art, black and white and low light. Each page has a tip and photo example. At the end of each chapter are creativity exercises.
My Thoughts
First of all the book is beautiful, it is a hardback full of great photos. You could leave it out on a table. I love the simplicity of the book with helpful photography tips and examples. I felt like many of the tips were wonderful takeaways and that you could practice them around your house. The exercises at the end of each chapter are also great for practicing. As a photographer myself I felt like this was a wonderful book to add to my collection and a great resource for getting back to the basics.
I recommend this Book to
Like I mentioned above I think more than just moms can benefit from this book. Bloggers wanted to take better photos would gain from this book. Photographers both new and seasoned I think would enjoy this book.
