Easy Tortilla Pizza Recipe


Easy-Tortilla-Pizza-001 Looking for a quick and easy snack or light meal. Chris and I love making tortilla pizza’s. It is so fast to make and great for when you don’t feel like cooking. Ingredients: -Tortilla Shells -Olive Oil (optional) -1 Can Tomato Sauce -Minced Garlic -Shredded Cheese (we often use Mozzarella as it is better for you) -Optional Toppings: Spinach, Pepperoni, Mushrooms, or whatever you like on pizza (I aways throw some spinach on our to make it a little healthier) Directions: Preheat over to 350º Take a couple tortilla shells and spread olive oil over them Pour Tomato sauce in small tubber-ware container and mix in some minced garlic to taste, (we like garlic so I go a little heavy) Spread mixture on shells (you won’t need the entire can so I save it in the fridge for next time) Add cheese and other toppings Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are getting a little crispy.
