Cooking dinner has recently become one of my favorite times of day. I find easy-enough recipes to try out on Pinterest, put the baby in her high-chair, crank up Pandora and entertain her with some crazy dance skills as I cook. It is actually really fun. And the food has been quite good I must say… but really I owe the credit to the bloggers who shared wonderful recipes I tried out. Today I bring you my top 3 easy recipes from last week!
Italian Chicken Bake
All of the meals I am sharing are “make it again worthy” but the favorite of the week was the Italian Chicken Bake by Kimber over at The Pinning Mama she has an entire collection of easy chicken bake dinners and I plan on making more from her site! I give this meal 5 Star rating! It was both delicious and easy! This will become a staple meal for guest.
Copy Cat Panera Bread Potato Soup
Another all-star meal of the week was Copy Cat Panera Bread Potato Soup posted by Natalie over at Ma Nouvelle Mode. I made this two nights in a row at the hubby’s request. This meal gets a 4.8 Star rating. it is really good but a little time consuming as I am slow with the chopping and peeling of the potatoes. I can say for sure this will become a staple meal for the family, it is good, easy and very affordable. We buy huge bag of potatoes at Aldi at a very good price and can make this multiple times with out breaking the bank.
Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken
I love a good crockpot meal and this one was wonderful. The Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken shared by Ali over at Give Me Some Oven gets a 4.8 also. It was simple to prepare and let it do its thing in the crockpot. Once it was cooked I spooned out some of the sauce to stir-fry some veggies. I took more sauce and heated it in a small pot on the stove with more corn starch to thicken it up and pour over the top of everything. The Hubby and I both had 2 big helpings!
